All applicants must have valid H2S Alive certification, PST with WHMIS or CSTS certification, TDG, Confined Space Awareness, and Defensive Driver Training (within the last two years). A clean drivers abstract is also an asset.
Alberta: All applicants must be registered with the Alberta College of Paramedics as an EMR, EMT, or Paramedic.
British Columbia: All applicants must be a certified OFA III or be licensed by the Emergency Medical Assistants (EMA) Licensing Board as an EMR, Primary Care Paramedic (PCP), or Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP).
Saskatchewan: All applicants must be registered with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics as an EMR, EMT, EMT- Advanced, or Paramedic.
